Join us as we take to the streets and take back the night! The 2013 Rally and March will be an evening of remembrance, celebration, and action to stand against all forms of violence against women and children.

The resource fair will begin at 5:30pm with information tables staffed by our local co-sponsors and will continue throughout the Rally to provide information about the crucial services offered in our community. The Rally will kick-off at 6pm and include a survivor speak-out, dynamic speakers on the topic of violence against women, dance, spoken word, and music. At 8pm we will take to the streets in protest- a tradition that has been held in Sacramento since 1979.

In 2012, the 33rd annual Sacramento WTBN Rally and March engaged over 500 attendees with over 150 people participating in the march. This year’s WTBN Rally and March will again draw a significant crowd during the busy Second Saturday evening. Sacramento WTBN is well-known in the Sacramento anti-violence community with a history of organizing successful rallies and events.
